Manage your stress. Stress is inevitable in life, but too much stress can harm your health and happiness. Stress can cause physical symptoms such as Overeating, headaches, stomachaches, chest pain, and insomnia. It can also affect your mental and emotional well-being by causing anxiety, depression, irritability, anger, and sadness.
